My charges commence at $4300 plus GST for a basic liquidation involving no irate creditors, meetings or legal advice. The costs include advertising and other office disbursements. Anything more will result in a cost increase by the number of hours involved at $200 plus GST plus disbursements
The liquidator is entitled to obtain his costs out of the liquidation prior to any distribution so instructing me may not in fact cost you anything.
I will however sometimes require you guarantee my payment if there appears to be no assets to liquidate.
If I am to be a Court appointed liquidator the Court must approve my fees and those of my advisors at the time of appointment before I would accept an assignment.
